Corporate:

IMO-Wista Maritime survey video.

Here is an example of my experience in corporate video production—a project created to promote a survey celebrating women in maritime.

I was hired by Intent Communications to produce a compelling video for the United Nations agency, the International Maritime Organization (IMO). This production blends live footage, infographics, animations, and slideshows to deliver an engaging and impactful message.

Moneer is a very collaborative and enthusiastic videographer, with a lot of ideas. Ideal if you’re looking for a high energy partner for your project – Namrata Nadkarni, CEO of Intent Communications.

Feature Films:

For those seeking a deeper understanding of the filmmaking process, including access to behind-the-scenes materials and insights into the film’s marketing strategies, please visit the film’s dedicated page here.

Fallout: The Road to Tipperary, The Blight.

Following a successful fundraising campaign, I was able to secure complete funding, film, edit, and subsequently release my inaugural feature film, which is a science fiction adventure set in a post-apocalyptic United Kingdom.

Creating an engaging atmosphere, crafting compelling narratives, and captivating audience attention have empowered me to deepen my understanding of the medium, resulting in a creation that is currently enjoyed by thousands of diverse communities around the globe.

Weddings:

The Wedding of Lauren and Daniel.

In September 2024, I was hired as the exclusive wedding videographer for the union of Lauren Garner and Daniel Hannah at Sopley Mill.

To honor the couple’s vision, I crafted a film that reflected their autumnal wedding theme while incorporating Daniel’s career as a ship captain. Using a blend of montages, voiceovers, and subtle visual effects, I aimed to capture the magic and emotion of their special day.

Social Media Optimized Brand Videos:

The Blight trailer – Instagram vs Tiktok.

Upon the release of the feature film of the same name, I had the responsibility of producing a concise trailer, meticulously crafted to capture the audience’s attention within the initial second, effectively addressing the challenge of rapid scrolling.

I meticulously commenced the trailer with the most attention-grabbing shot of the film, showcasing cutting-edge CGI, and subsequently presented the film’s concept accompanied by a powerful soundtrack. This was succeeded by swift, contrasting cuts designed to maintain the audience’s focus, optimizing the effectiveness of cost per click.

It was crucial to tailor the approach for each platform; Instagram required a detailed description and a relaxed focus, while the TikTok version demanded a succinct description, a different energetic soundtrack, and clear visuals stating “Link in Bio” to seamlessly guide the audience from the rapid scrolling to the feature film.

Event Videos:

Vision Board event with Norvie Dzimega.

I was hired by Norvie Dzimega, a lifestyle coach, to document an inspiring event designed to empower women in shaping their futures.

The event encouraged attendees to create vision boards, explore innovative ideas, and think outside the box when setting their goals—all while embracing their full potential without limitation.

Film trailers:

Fallout: The Road to Tipperary trailer.

To promote my feature film series (inspired by the video game of the same name), I created this dynamic trailer that highlights key footage, immersive voiceovers, and striking visuals to tease the narrative, setting, and tone of the saga.

Show trailers:

Keepsake of a Killer Immersvive play.

I had the exciting opportunity to edit the trailer for Torchlight Mysteries’ new immersive play, which delves into the compelling paranoia surrounding the Jack the Ripper Murders.

I employed colour grading, sound effects, and title animations to achieve the trailer’s distinct look, emphasizing tension and confidently capturing the timing of the piece.

Whilst keenly pursuing the client’s vision, he will offer excellent advice from what is clearly a huge wealth of experience editing different types of media. All of his suggestions are appropriate and clear, but whilst ultimately respecting the client’s final judgment.

He wanted what was best for me and my product, and that customer care is exemplary. – Ben Woodthorpe (Theatre Actor/Director).

Short films:

Bandage.

To coincide with the Halloween season, I created a horror short inspired by atmospheric films like The Ring and A Nightmare on Elm Street, while also incorporating the body horror elements of Saw and Hellraiser.

Using split-screen techniques and special effects, I brought two characters to life on screen simultaneously—the victim and the infamous Bandage Man, crafting an eerie and immersive experience.

Motion Capture Reel Edits:

Ivana Rakic Mocap reel.

I was hired by Ivana Rakic—an actress, stuntwoman, fight performer, and motion capture artist—to edit a reel highlighting her diverse work in motion capture for potential clients.

A key focus of the project was showcasing the contrast between the raw performance footage and the final CGI results, effectively demonstrating her skills and the transformation process from performance to digital character.

Welcome to my page.

As a content creator on TikTok and Instagram, specializing in short-form content, capturing the audience’s attention within the first few seconds is essential—especially for an introductory video, which serves as the gateway to gaining followers and increasing engagement.

With this in mind, I created this high-energy intro video designed to hook viewers instantly and keep them engaged. By combining special effects, bold visuals, quick transitions, and trending themes, I crafted a dynamic showcase of the channel’s diverse content. From acting and writing to film reviews, gaming, and mental health awareness, this video aims to capture the creativity and variety that defines the platform.

Creating engaging thumbnails is just as important as the content itself—they serve as the first impression and play a crucial role in capturing the attention of someone scrolling through social media.

I also specialize in crafting eye-catching thumbnails for both portrait formats (TikTok & Instagram) and landscape formats (YouTube), ensuring they are optimized for each platform. See more of my thumbnail designs here.

Social Media travel vlogs.

A day in Porto.

As part of her travel series exploring Europe, Taffiny Kablay—a wellness, travel, and spirituality blogger, as well as an award-winning singer—filmed extensive footage during her visit to Porto, Portugal, capturing the city’s stunning scenery and vibrant atmosphere.

Upon her return, she entrusted me with editing the final montage. She provided references for the desired style, tone, and theme, along with a selected music track, and I aimed to craft a visually engaging video that reflects the beauty and essence of her journey.

“I had such a great experience working with Moneer. He was super easy to communicate with, understood my vision, and made the editing process effortless. He delivered everything quickly and was always open to making any changes I needed. If you’re looking for someone reliable and talented, Moneer is the one. I will definitely be working with him again in the future.” – Taffiny Kablay.
